We do not use a ticketing system or a chatbot — when you contact Orchardcanvasv, you speak with a person from the team who is able to help or to find the person who can. Phone lines are open during business hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–14:00. Email enquiries sent outside those hours are read and responded to on the next working morning. If you need to discuss something sensitive, ask to speak with a senior family member and we will arrange that directly.
