Our appointment system is designed around your convenience — same-week slots are usually available for Eldoret clients.
Why book an appointment rather than walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduled appointments receive dedicated time with a team member who has already reviewed your enquiry. That preparation means less waiting, more focused conversation, and a faster resolution. We hold a block of appointment slots every morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday, with limited Saturday morning availability. If you have a specific team member you prefer, let us know when booking — we accommodate that where we can.

Written summary
At the end of your appointment, we provide a brief written note of what was discussed and any next steps agreed. This is sent to your email or given in print — your preference.

Appointment questions we hear most often
How far in advance should I book?
For routine appointments, one to three days ahead is usually sufficient. During busy periods — typically the start of the school term and year-end — we recommend booking four to five days in advance to secure your preferred time.
Can I reschedule or cancel without a penalty?
Yes, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations without notice free up a slot that another client could have used, but we do not charge a cancellation fee on a first occurrence.
Is there a cost for the appointment itself?
Initial consultations are complimentary. If the appointment leads to a service job or product purchase, that is priced separately and agreed in writing before any work begins.
